"The case I saw was not nearly as neat as Clara's. The patient was brought in, raving and suffering violent delusions in addition to the symptoms Clara faced. He attacked a nurse and she developed symptoms as well." Gregorio ran a hand over his hair. It had been a failed experiment and the consequences had almost been severe. "The virus attacked the brain. It caused delusions, restlessness like Clara had, too much energy for how anemic he was. He grew...dangerously strong. Resistent to medication, even anethesia. He died in an isolation room after infecting four nurses." Gregorio clasped her shoulder, trying to be reassuring. "I am encouraged by Clara's developing lethargy. Maybe she is getting better."
